Staff see today's assigned sessions, mark absentees, then review and save. They can also send roll numbers via chat. A later correction can go through an approval request. Faculty cover lets the college assign a substitute or cancel the slot.
Academic setup
Connect programmes, programme terms (such as Semester 3 or Year 2), batches, divisions, and rosters. Support day-specific period grids and multi-period labs. Import staff from CSV.
Student LMS
The college portal opens from an email link and shows attendance, exams, surveys, and LMS work. A class activity opens from a one-time link. Tag quizzes, assignments, and materials with Bloom's Taxonomy levels so submissions feed Course Outcome attainment.

Named leaders get a holiday-aware note: working days, classes marked, students in shortage, students near the threshold, parent alerts, and Monday actions. Email is included in Core. A WhatsApp copy uses Campate's shared number and is billed like other shared-number messages.
Mentoring cases
A scan can open a mentoring case from attendance shortage, low internal marks, or missed LMS work. Staff can also open a case manually and log session notes.
Connected assistant
Teachers can read the timetable, preview and commit attendance, request faculty cover, read shortage, preview and commit exam marks, list mentoring cases, and pull a course accreditation brief from the live record. Students can read their own attendance and published materials, and disconnect the app in the portal. Daily use limits apply. Outcome drafting uses the AI wallet. The brief is facts for faculty. It is not a board submission.
Connected records
WhatsApp and SMS absence alerts can be sent to parent contacts. A parent's reply is stored with that thread, and delivery details stay available for later review.
