- What is included in the Institutional Core plan?
- The core plan provides full access to our attendance marking tools (web and chat assistant), student LMS portal, complex timetabling engines, and reporting modules with unlimited student and faculty capacity.
- What OBE and accreditation features are included?
- The Institutional Core plan includes full Course Outcome (CO) and Programme Outcome (PO) management, interactive CO-PO mapping matrices, direct/indirect attainment calculation, and the OBE readiness dashboard. General structural usage is free; only optional AI suggestions (e.g. drafting or narrative writing) are charged via your wallet.
- What exam features are included?
- You can create exams, map questions to Course Outcomes, record student grades, calculate direct attainment statistics, and track attendance-based exam eligibility thresholds natively.
- How does usage-based billing work?
- Wallet recharges are charged with GST through the payment gateway. Each parent notification deducts ₹0.20 from the wallet, and AI usage for teacher assistant features is deducted at actual consumption cost.
- Can we pay by NEFT/cheque?
- Yes. Email sales@campate.com for a pro-forma invoice and bank details. Online payment via UPI, netbanking, and cards is also available through our payment gateway.
- Do you provide a GST invoice?
- Yes. A GST-compliant tax invoice is automatically issued for every payment. The invoice includes our GSTIN, HSN code, and the applicable IGST or CGST/SGST split based on your institution's state.
